This privacy policy explains how C2 Content & Consulting, LLC (referred to as "C2", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and stores personal data submitted through the c2cc.tech website. C2 is a family-owned Florida limited liability company based in Sumter County, FL.

1. What we collect

We collect information you give us directly through forms on this site, and a limited set of technical telemetry that helps us run and improve the site.

1.1 Form submissions

When you complete the instant quote form, inquiry form, workshop intake form, or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, phone number where applicable, project description, audience details, and any free-text notes. Quote drafts also store the answers you provide as you move through the form, so we can resume the quote if you return to the same device.

1.2 Analytics

We use PostHog (us.posthog.com, US data region) to understand how visitors move through the site. We capture only the events we deliberately instrument, such as pageviews, specific button clicks, and form-step progress; broad automatic capture and session recording are both switched off. Your analytics activity is never linked to your email address, before or after you accept a quote or submit an inquiry.

1.3 Error logs

We use Sentry (sentry.io, US data region) to capture application errors. Sentry records technical context such as the URL, browser, and stack trace; it does not capture form field contents.

1.4 Anti-spam

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from humans. Turnstile may evaluate browser signals (IP address, user agent, behavioral signals) at submission time. Cloudflare's privacy notice applies.

2. Why we collect it

We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about a potential engagement. We use analytics and error logs to maintain the site and understand what is working. We do not sell your information, ever.

3. Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, in the United States (us-east-1, Virginia). Analytics events are stored in PostHog Cloud (US region). Error logs are stored in Sentry (US region). Emails are sent through Resend. Operator-side push alerts are sent through the Telegram Bot API.

4. How long we keep it

Anonymous quote drafts are deleted automatically 30 days after creation. Accepted quotes and submitted inquiries are retained indefinitely as part of our business records, until you ask us to delete them.

5. Who else sees it

Form submissions are visible to C2 only. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The platforms listed in Section 3 process your data on our behalf as service providers.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you. Send a request to privacy@c2cc.tech and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA; if you are in the EU or UK, this site is not directed at you and we do not intentionally collect data from EU/UK visitors. If you submit a form and let us know you are an EU/UK resident, we will treat your data in accordance with GDPR principles, including the right to access, correct, and erase.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party localStorage entries for site functionality, such as remembering your in-progress quote so you can resume it on the same device. Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage: PostHog runs in memory-only mode, so its identifier is held in the browser tab and discarded when you close it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice on the site for at least 30 days.
