These terms govern your use of c2cc.tech (the "site") and any engagement that begins through this site with C2 Content & Consulting, LLC ("C2"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

C2 Content & Consulting, LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Sumter County, FL. We build AI-powered websites, web apps, and automations for small businesses, and we run paid workshops and strategy consults.

2. Use of the site

You may browse the site, read our offerings, and submit forms to request a quote, ask about a service, or schedule a workshop. You agree not to use the site to send spam, attempt to circumvent its anti-abuse controls, attempt to access other users' data, scrape the site at a rate that affects availability, or upload content that violates the rights of others.

3. Site content ownership

All copy, design, images, code, and assets on c2cc.tech are owned by C2 or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the site's content without our written permission, except for the normal browser caching and personal non-commercial reference that any public website permits.

4. Quote terms

A quote generated by the instant quote form is valid for 14 days from the date generated. The quote price reflects the scope you described in the form; if your actual project deviates from that scope, we will revise the quote before any work begins. Quote acceptance through the form captures your intent to engage; a formal services contract follows within 24 hours. No work begins and no deposit is invoiced until you sign the contract.

Scope changes after the contract is signed are billed at our standard rate of $175 per hour, or as a flat fee for common change requests, agreed in writing before the work is done.

5. Workshops and strategy consults

Workshop bookings are confirmed when the deposit is paid and the date is locked. Workshop cancellations more than 14 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund of the deposit; cancellations 14 days or fewer before the scheduled date forfeit the deposit. Strategy consults are $500 prepaid; if you engage us for a build within 60 days of the consult, the $500 is credited against the build price.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The outcomes described in marketing copy ("save 10 hours a week", "live in weeks") are typical results for the kinds of projects we scope and deliver; they are not a guaranteed outcome for any specific project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C2's total liability to you arising out of or related to your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100), or, where you have engaged us under a separate services contract, the amount paid to C2 under that contract in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. C2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify C2 against claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Sumter County, Florida, or in a county designated by C2 in writing.

10. Dispute resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by sending a written notice of the dispute to the other party and engaging in good-faith discussion for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved during that period, either party may proceed to mediation in Florida, and if mediation does not resolve the dispute, to small claims court or another court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply to use of the site after the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
